Happy St. Patrick's Day! We love celebrating this festive occasion with new recipes that put a spin on tradition. Today we made this scrumptious Irish Bread with our organic maca root powder. This bread goes great with Sheppard's Pie. And Irish beer! This recipe is easy to make, egg-free and filled with superfoods.
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon FeelGood Maca Root Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Add all ingredients until just combined and knead into a ball.
- Cover a pan with parchment paper and lay your ball of dough. Cut a cross at the top and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
