Wake up to this superfood oatmeal treat! You can quickly make this recipe before bed and enjoy a healthy breakfast during a busy morning. This recipe is made with organic Maca Root Powder, which has been shown to increase stamina and boost energy.
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon turbinado sugar
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon FeelGood Maca Root Powder
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- Add all ingredients to a large glass measuring cup. Stir it together until well combined.
