Wake up to this superfood oatmeal treat! You can quickly make this recipe before bed and enjoy a healthy breakfast during a busy morning. This recipe is made with organic Maca Root Powder, which has been shown to increase stamina and boost energy. 


  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon turbinado sugar
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon FeelGood Maca Root Powder
  • 1/2 cup diced apples


  • Add all ingredients to a large glass measuring cup. Stir it together until well combined. 
  • Add to Tupperware and store covered in the fridge overnight. Enjoy hot or cold in the morning!
  • Optional: Top with walnuts and apple slices.
