beetroot smoothie

Delicious and refreshing, this summer smoothie tastes amazing and is packed with whole food phytonutrients, protein, omega fatty acids and dietary nitrates.

Makes 2 medium size servings:

  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 teaspoon Beetroot Powder
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
