Ashwagandha Latte

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that has long been used to reduce stress and improve sleep. This ashwagandha latte is caffeine-free and is a calming beverage to enjoy in the evening. This tasty vegan latte can be made in only a few minutes, and is a delicious treat before bed. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha Powder

Instructions:

  • Add coconut milk to mug and microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the mug.
  • Whisk together. Use frother if you have one.
