- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha Powder
- Add coconut milk to mug and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the mug.
- Whisk together. Use frother if you have one.
