  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal of choice
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut MCT Oil Powder
  • Fruit and nuts of choice


  • Bring water to a boil
  • Add oats and cook as instructed on packaging
  • Add a dash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract, stir to combine.
  • Add Coconut MCT Oil Powder and mix into the oatmeal
  • Top with desired fruit and nuts and enjoy!
