Is Beta Alanine the same as BCAAs or creatine??

No, beta alanine works by buffering lactic acid in the muscles during high intensity exercise, while BCAAs aid muscle recovery and creatine boosts energy production. They complement each other well but all have their own individual roles!

How long does it take for Beta Alanine to work?

Beta Alanine does not work acutely, instead, it builds up muscle carnosine levels over time. It usually takes 2-4 weeks of consistent use to build up carnosine levels to see noticeable improvement and benefits.

Does Beta Alanine cause the “tingling” sensation?

Is the flow agent magnesium stearate safe?
