Who doesn't love snacking on popcorn while watching a movie? Next time you're about to enjoy popcorn at home give it a superfood boost with this simple recipe idea. Turmeric supports a healthy inflammation response and has been shown to help boost the immune system. You can feel good about adding this powerful superfood to your popcorn!


  • Plain popcorn or popcorn of choice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or butter)
  • 1 teaspoon FeelGood Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 


  • Make the popcorn according to directions on box.
  • Pour over olive oil or melted butter.
  • Mix turmeric, parmesan, paprika and salt in a bowl. Pour over popcorn.
  • Enjoy your superfood popcorn snack!
