vegan banana chocolate dessert ashwagandha

This treat bar is a great addition any summer party. This vegan recipe uses bananas, peanut butter and chocolate for a quick dessert option. We also mix in our organic Ashwagandha powder for a superfood boost! Aswagandha has powerful antioxidant properties, and is believed to support a positive mood.* These treats are guaranteed to delight your guests!


  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon FeelGood Ashwagandha Powder
  • Crushed nut of choice (we used almonds)


  • Slice your bananas into quarters
  • Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds and pour over banana slices.
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips and ashwagandha powder, drizzle on top of peanut butter.
  • Top with crushed nuts of choice.
  • Place banana treats in the freezer until it's time to serve.
