Medium Chain Triglycerides – MCTs – are a form of saturated fatty acids that have numerous health benefits. Coconut oil naturally has MCTs, with more than 60 percent of its fatty acids being MCTs.

Unlike other fats, MCTs go straight from the gut to the liver. From there, they become an energy source or are transformed into ketones. Ketones can provide the brain and muscles with a pure fuel source for physical energy and mental acuity.*

Coconut MCT Oil powder has a creamy taste and is delicious in your morning coffee, smoothies and shakes. Enjoy before a workout for sustained energy. Each serving provides 5 grams of saturated fat and zero sugar.

Because of the high C8 and C10 fat content, the powder might be clumpy, this is completely normal and its safe to consume.

  • Perfect for ketogenic, paleo and low-carb diets
  • Provides fuel for sustained energy*
  • May help control appetite*
  • Supports a healthy inflammation response*

Substitute for creamer in tea and coffee?

Hi, I was a fan of the old version of the MCT Oil powder. The new version clumps and leaves an oily residue in coffee and tea.
A year ago you said,
"We are looking into bringing the old formula back as a coffee creamer product. We're glad we could help provide you with the formula you like for the next few months. We expect to have the old one back later this fall. Thank you"
Did you ever bring back the old version back as a creamer substitute? Doesn't look like it. Any chance that is still in the works? Thanks. Marilyn

Hi Marilyn,
In the past, the formula dissolved better due to the fact that it contained silicon dioxide, an anti-caking agent. The main feedback that we received at the time is that our customers did not like the fact that it contained that ingredient. Since we are always looking to improve our products based on customer feedback, we developed the current (clumpier) formula. The clumpier powder is due to the increased amounts of C8 and C10 fats and the lack of silicon dioxide. Although it is more difficult to dissolve, it contains fewer fillers and more of the targeted MCT. We do understand that this is not what everyone is looking for. We have emailed you to make things right. We are very excited to share that we are in the final stages of developing a Superfood Creamer and hope that you will give it a try when it becomes available!

Used to love it.

I'm a fan of the old formula. I know there are a lot of comments about the clumping of the new formula, and I agree and don't like that, and it's what made me notice what I don't like even more.... the calories. The old formula, which I loved was about 45 calories per serving, the new one in 246 calories per serving. If, like me you would have 2 servings per week, that can really work against your caloric intake goals. I don't know how popular the new formula is, but if you ever offer the old version, please let me know as I am interested in that product.

Hello Chad, thank you so much for your feedback. We are always looking to improve our products. The nutritional label unfortunately has a misprint that we are in the process of fixing. It is actually 246 Kilojoules and 59 calories per serving.

Doesn’t dissolve in coffee and high calorie count

I have started using MCT for all the health benefits. This product tastes good but it doesn’t mix in my coffee at all and leaves clumps no matter how I try and blend it in. Also the calorie count for one scoop is nearly 250 calories where the competition is only 70. Why the big difference is beyond me and makes me inclined to use a different product!

Hi Heather, we recently switched formulas and our MCT Powder now has more C8 and C10 fats. Because it contains more of the targeted MCTs, it can be difficult to dissolve. We understand this is no everyone's preference. We have reached out to you to make things right.

Substitute for creamer in tea and coffee disappointment

I've been using Feel Good MCT Oil Powder for at least 2 years as a dairy substitute in my coffee and tea. It blends very well and doesn't taste like coconut. It was great until the formula was changed sometime this last year. It became clumpy and left an oily residue floating on top. Yuck! After buying several tubs (thinking I had a "bad batch") I finally wrote Feel Good and found that yes, they had changed the formula. Very disappointing! I tried several other brands but none worked.
In desperation I wrote to Feel Good and asked if I might buy any of the old formula. The representative was very nice and sent me a free tub of the original formula. She also said if I ordered right then I could buy what old formula was left. That's what I did- so I've got a small stock pile that will last a few months. But after that is gone I'm back to square one. Hoping that Feel Good will consider offering the original formula as a dairy substitute.
Also, the price increase was a bit shocking. I used to pay about $24 for 16 ounces from Costco. The most recent batch I bought from Feel Good was $25 for 8 ounces. Double!
I love the original product and have recommended it to others but not anymore.

Hi Marilyn, we really appreciate your feedback. We are looking into bringing the old formula back as a coffee creamer product. We're glad we could help provide you with the formula you like for the next few months. We expect to have the old one back later this fall. Thank you!
