I was looking for an affordable way to get fruit and veggies into my husband, as he is a very picky eater. Replaced his zinc and vitamin d with superfoods and he is feeling more energetic and healthy. I have since put this on auto ship, as I do not want to be without it.

I highly recommend blood sugar management capsules. My husband was recently diagnosed as being type 2 diabetic, 199 level with an 8 hour fasting. Did not want to go on medication so the doctor agreed to give us 3 months to get it lowered ( he did chuckle when saying this). Well after 1 month of taking the capsules and eating healthier this morning reading was 159. We are on a good track to get this within normal readings. My husband has always been a sugar and starch lover.
